Goldpelt No cat alive or dead is better then me.
Goldpelt stood next to the falls absorbing his own reflection. Even in the murky water he was stunning. His pelt shimmered more brightly then the sun. Or at least the sun that was here. It was covered and shaded, a dull dark cream in the late hours of day. His muscles rippled under his pelt as he started walking, looking dreamily into his own reflection. Was there any cat more beautiful then he was? He doubted it. Not even the cats from the great stories themselves. Not to mean them any disrespect but they were all busy saving their clan or something. None of them had the time to groom their image.
He continued pacing, looking into his reflection as if it was Star Clan laid out before him. Star Clan was probably dissapproving of Goldpelt right now. Not that the fuddy-duddies could do anything. As those crabby, ugly, medicine cat's preached StarClan watches and warns, but they have no more control over our fates them we do. He wrinkled his nose and gazed up at the sky. Star Clan. Stupid name if they asked him. It wasn't like they lived in the stars or something was it? In fact if there was a Star Clan why hadn't they spoken to him yet? Surely they would have. He was handsome, charming, and overall quite perfect. Anyone had to agree.
(ummm yeah he's obsessed with himself xD)

Kindlefur
We all have a weakness But some of ours are easy to identify. Look me in the eye, and ask for forgiveness. We'll make a pact to never speak that word again. Yes, you are my friend. We all have something that digs at us, at least we dig each other.
Her green eyes looked up happily at the trail she was tracing with her body. She knew all of them, all of the trials, it was just her, for, Kindlefur felt that you really needed to get a break from camp every once in a while. They just work you, and if you don't take a break from the hectic life then you really need just a short walk, even if they don't know it. But, they couldn't do anything about it, she was already out, and no one could stop her, even if they tried. An almost sinister smirk spread across her maw as she thought of that idea.
There was a cat. She could see it now. He seemed to be staring at himself, and at that instant, Kindlefur knew this cat. it wasn't hard to tell anymore. Goldpelt. She snickered lightly as her elegant body walked forward, her head low.
You look fine, Goldpelt, quit checking out your looks.
It was a giggle, of corse she had a joking tone to her voice, but she only used it after she told him he looked fine, for her really did.

"You're too nice," he said a mischievous smile curving his maw. He'd played around with Kindlefur more then once. She was one that he'd never quite managed to ensnare completely though. Probably because she had just about as much experience with these things as he did. But who cared. It was fun enough playing around with words when he was with Kindlefur. She was his equal in love. "You look lovely as usual too," he said his golden eyes dancing teasingly.
He yawned, purring as he stretched. "You aren't doing your duties are you?" he asked staring at Kindlefur's empty paws. Admittedly he hadn't done anything either but he could always catch a mouse or two on the way back to camp. And if he didn't have any luck he could always charm the deputy into submission. As if on an after-thought his nose twitched slightly and he pounced on a bush coming up with a fat mouse a few second later.

"You're too nice,"
His tone sounded quite mischievous, which made Kindlefur smile deviously. She tilted her head to the side slightly and flicked her tail, although she was sitting, her tail was in the water, which looked quite odd from a while away.
"You look lovely as usual too," Thanks. That was kind. And with that she lowered her head and looked at the ground, not wanting Goldpelt to see her broad smile. It was more like her signature, that smirk that was planted on her maw. Her blue eyes turned a light hazel color, which was another reason to hide her face, she didn't want Goldpelt to really know how she felt.
"You aren't doing your duties are you?"
Kindlefur looked around, sticking her head up quickly and scooting over to the male, whisper distance. She didn't want him to think that she wasn't doing her job, although she wasn't it was just that she was taking a break from the hectic clan life. Thts all.
Psh, look who's talking.
It was a giggle, which meant that she was joking, but her eyes didn't look one bit happy about what he had said. Of corse she didn't mind it, but if he didn't think she was doing her work, what would her leader say? (OOC:// what leader? xDD////) BIC: With that thought she shook her head and stood up, her now blue eyes looking over Goldpelt once more.

Goldpelt No cat alive or dead is better than me. Goldpelt looked the tiniest bit surprised and triumphant when the she-cat lowered her head. Had he finally managed to catch her in his web of charm? He hadn't thought he'd ever get Kindlefur had he'd pretty much given up on her after they'd been apprentices. A small smile, or maybe a smirk if you looked at it that way also planted itself on his maw. It wasn't because he really had any feelings for her though. It was because he'd thought the she-cat harbored some strange feelings for him after all. But maybe somewhere hidden in that smirk was a feeling he'd had for the she-cat many many moons ago.
"I caught something you know," he said the smile returning to his maw,"you want it?" he added pushing the mouse over to the she-cat. He was dissappointed that her eyes were that clear cold ice-blue. She seemed no different from his words. Psh. There were always other she-cats to wile with a few well-placed words back at camp. "Leaving?" he asked teasingly a look of false dissappointment darting across his eyes for a few seconds.
